1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BetGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BetGen is an AI-powered sports betting analysis and automation platform that connects to the Betfair Exchange. The Service provides automated strategy evaluation, bet placement, performance analytics, and a strategy marketplace.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Betting Disclaimer
BetGen does not guarantee profits. Sports betting involves significant risk and you may lose money. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any funds wagered through the Betfair Exchange. BetGen is not a licensed bookmaker — it is a tool that connects to your own Betfair account.
5. Subscription and Billing
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
6. Strategy Marketplace
Users may list, sell, rent, or share strategies on the BetGen Marketplace. Sellers receive 80% of revenue; BetGen retains a 20% platform fee. Strategies must meet eligibility criteria (minimum bets, positive P&L, minimum ROI) to be listed. BetGen does not guarantee the performance of any marketplace strategy. Buyers accept that past strategy performance does not guarantee future results.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service; (e) circumvent usage limits or profit caps.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of BetGen are owned by the company. Strategy configurations created by users remain the intellectual property of those users. The BetGen brand, logo, and design are protected trademarks.
9. Limitation of Liability
BetGen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Responsible Gambling
BetGen is committed to responsible gambling. The Service includes tools such as daily loss limits, bankroll percentage caps, and simulation mode. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please visit our Responsible Gambling page for resources and support.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
